Marketing Associate Contract (financial Services) in Banking & Financial Services Jobs

Our client is a successful US based Financial Services Organisation, as a result of their successful online venture into Australia they are looking to appoint the first of their Australian based Marketing Associates.

In the role of a Marketing Associate you will be rresponsible for day-to-day marketing activities of the business to drive new customer acquisitions through:

• Traditional marketing campaigns in direct mail, out-of-home, TV, and others
• Coordinate with digital marketing team to support online campaigns
• Support development and presentation of weekly Marketing status update to Senior Executives.

You will considered the subject Matter expert on Australian business. You will perform analysis on all aspects of the business to form business hypotheses on opportunities for improvements. Research, create, refine, test, and execute strategic plans to drive customer acquisition and support retention for the business. Assist in driving brand development/identity by creating the value proposition through customer insights, and market research. Lead internal cross-functional teams to deploy complex projects quickly and effectively. Improve strategy and marketing approaches through competitive research, analysis, customer insight and product positioning.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have a degree in marketing or communications. a minimum of 3 years within financial services would be highly regarded. a track record in driving and supporting direct marketing campaigns are essential.

The Remuneration for this role will be $100,000 base + super. You will be provided in-depth support through resources and infrastructure built in the US. You will enjoy flexible working conditions.
