With a focus on delivering customer service excellence, this highly influential employer of choice within the financial services sector is seeking the expertise a senior manager to assume a key leadership role within their business.
Based within a Mortgage support operation, this contract position will play an integral role in stakeholder and people management across a diverse network. Leading by example you will facilitate a high performance work culture which brings teams together in addition to ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of results for customers and stakeholders.
As a Senior Manager within this business, you will be required to lead an overall team from 60 staff which includes 6 -8 direct reports. You will focus on work force planning, staff resourcing, trends and productivity in addition to driving continuous improvement initiatives and managing stakeholder / third party relationships.
