It’s a highly pro-active role within the Interchange Team (managing Inbound and Outbound initiated calls) where your focus will vary from dealing with late delinquent accounts on various personal consumer products (credit cards, personal loans, and transaction accounts), negotiating long term repayments with customers to progressing debts through all appropriate stages of litigation as required. A friendly and well-spoken professional, you’ll take full responsibility for the customer – and your attention will be towards avoiding the possibility of write-off’s through your previous experience in delinquency management. You will also be drawing on your superior customer service and relationship building skills by getting to know the customers individual situation and categorising the various levels of risk. We need someone with drive and initiative in dealing with customer’s sensitive and confidential information in a timely and professional manner.
