The Information Resource Centre team is responsible for delivering specialised research and information management, on a national level. Undertaking the maintenance of a range of information resources and services, this multi-skilled team assist ASIC with the gathering of operational information and provide education and training to staff, regarding information systems and record management strategies.
If you are an enthusiastic and client-focussed professional with complete or near complete tertiary qualifications in Library or Information Management and experience in corporate or legal research, or enterprise content management, then this could be your opportunity to:
- Perform legal and financial reference and research work using a variety of electronic and paper-based resources.
- Provide intelligence gathering services using a variety of sources including external agencies and electronic databases.
- Assist with record keeping activities, including processing file requests, archiving and disposal of corporate records in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Assist with the management of the Library collection including purchasing and processing library materials, serials, circulation functions, loose-leaf filing and current awareness services.
