Our client is seeking several customer centric team members to join it\'s specialised, national team. Team Members will be focussed on retaining and growing with customers by delivering exceptional service and by providing guidance and support for clients who enter the \"assist\" division within the collections system.
The Solutions Specialist works to identify and understand the needs and circumstances of customers experiencing financial stress. They can then deliver financial assistance by restructuring the customer\'s portfolio and ultimately reduce the overall risk to the bank based on appropriate assessment of the customer\'s financial situation.
Although phone based you will not be measured by traditional call centre KPI\'s, you will instead manage numerous internal and external banking relationships and be encouraged to have open and honest conversations with customers.
This role will be accountable for delivering outcomes in-line with bank and legislative guidelines and be issued with a delegated authority limit to enable you to offer first point resolution for customers where appropriate. You will undergo intensive, nationally recognised training and have access to ongoing support from your peers and Managers.
Successful candidates will have exceptional customer service and listening skills and can demonstrate a high level of verbal and written communication acumen. Ideally you will have experience within financial services, however candidates that can show a track record in decision making and problem solving and have passion for moving into this industry will be considered also.
Commencing 12th April, these roles are offered on a permanent part-time basis that will offer you flexibility to do a fixed roster of hours. Of course a great salary and attractive company benefits package will be offered to successful candidates.
