The Role & Organisation
Not just looking at numbers, this role is unique in that it provides the opportunity for an auditor ready to manage a team to step up and run the show. beyond just scheduling and finalising audit; be accountable for managing the team, performance appraisals, training and coaching team members, and managing existing clients. You will also be continuing to build your audit skills learning off experience partners who have longevity with the firm. Partnership n the firm is also on the horizon for the right auditor who adds value to the firm.
The Candidate
This role would suit a candidate that has come from a chartered accountancy firm in an audit capacity role looking to accelerate your career. Your demonstrated leadership qualities will come to use managing the team of senior and more junior auditors. Your previous demonstrated experience in building good solid relationships with existing clients will ensure your success in your application.
