Our client is dynamic organisation that is going through a strong period of growth. A rare opportunity has presented itself with a role now available as Client Services Manager to support 2 of the Financial Planners in the business.
This client offers a comprehensive range of fi nancial services, assisting clients to achieve their financial goals and enhance their lifestyle. Their services include financial planning, insurance, tax, investment & superannuation advice.
Located in Spring Hill, this office is clean & modern and is right on the door step to public transport. The culture is professional with a casual feel and they know when to have fun and when to work!
You will be the first point of contact for clients, efficiently and professionally performing all administration duties whilst managing and developing these relationships. Primary responsibilities for this role include:
- utilising all aspects of Xplan
- scheduling appointments for the financial planners
- liaising with fund managers, external providers and clients
- data input
- preparing and producing reports
- office tasks including mailing, faxing, answering telephones
This role would suit someone who has worked in a support role with a client focus for financial planners. Ideally, the dream candidate would have:
- experience in Xplan
- strong time management skills
- a high level of communication skills with an excellent phone manner
- Microsoft office, intermediate or above
- a team player who can display a contribution to team success
