With the local and global Property markets improving strongly, this Global Investment Bank, is looking for an ambitious Real Estate Analyst to join its M&A team.

Working closely with the MD, you will perform detailed financial analysis, valuation work and modelling into transactions, put together pitches, undertake industry and asset research and work on the execution of each mandate.
A solid understanding of REITs, and the property markets are taken as a given. Academics will be outstanding, financial modelling skills will be well developed and project management skills defined.
At this stage, candidates with Investment Banking experience will be favoured, but we are also open to candidates with a background in property research or asset management.
