ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIES

Multiple opportunities exist for highly motivated, team oriented and professional Collectors. These are not hard core collections roles; but rather will call on your exceptional customer service, relationship and negotiation skills. The core elements of your role will include:

• Courtesy calls to customers advising that their lease is due for expiration
• Collection of overdue accounts
• Negotiation of payment arrangements
• Utilising merchantile agents when required
• Disposal of asset
• Managing delinquent accounts

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS

To succeed in any of these roles you will possess a warm, engaging telephone manner coupled with strong negotiation skills. These skills will be complimented by your:

• Experience in banking, finance, or financial services or similar
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong organisational and time management skills
