As Commercial Operations Manager you will lead a responsive national team of forty including key senior personnel in Supply Chain, Logistics, Service and Finance. This role is critical in ensuring the total satisfaction of all stakeholders - from suppliers and logistical partners, key accounts and individual consumers and the internal management team both locally and abroad. Highly influential, this position will work closely with the management teams to ensure that performance levels are maintained and improved, the supply chain is represented at management level, and the operational side of the business is the best it can be. In addition to your superior business acumen and demonstrated operational experience you will bring a passionate and pioneering spirit allowing you to lead, mentor and influence whilst ensuring all resource objectives are met across financial, sales, strategic and human. A high degree of financial leadership is required along with CA/CPA qualification. The successful incumbent will be a motivated tactful change agent bringing substantial years of experience in supply chain management, logistics and people management. A relevant tertiary qualification is also key. Equally important will be leadership strength and ability to adapt, take on challenges, and grow with the business.
