The Role
Due to a solid start to 2010, and the inflow of new business, our client is expanding its Member Services team. You will be entrusted with the A-Z processing of member transactions. This is diverse role but this can range from initial acceptance and application of funds, through to processing of claims and general, ongoing reporting and customer service for members.
No two days will be the same!
Your Background
- RG146 compliance with strong communication and computer skills and a minimum 2-3 years Fund Admin / Customer Service experience gained with an Australian Super or Funds Management firm.
- Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills, along with strong knowledge of Superannuation best practice and compliance standards.
