To maintain the momentum of growth within the small business division, this role has been created to capitalise on market opportunities.
As a sales driven and energetic account manager you will build and develop relationships with your own set of small business customers within the rural and regional areas. You will be the primary point of contact and complete all customer queries in regard to business products and services and achieve stretch sales targets in terms of business lending, deposits and referrals to product partners. As a valued member of the team you will also produce credit applications and follow up to ensure loan is fulfilled.
Success will be measured through your ability to identify high profile customers to maximise sales and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
As the successful candidate you will be motivated self starter. Exposure to small business will be highly regarded.
