Our client, part of a nationally recognised financial planning dealer group is currently looking to appoint a paraplanner/client service manager to assist with the delivery of ongoing service that is professional, compliant and of high quality to the clients of the practice.
This role would also suit an enthusiastic individual with a strong client service ethic and perhaps some experience in sales who is prepared to apply themselves and grow in this role.
If you have started your Diploma of Financial Planning this could be the role for you.
Your duties will include:
- Supporting and being mentored by the Financial Planner of the practice
- Building rapport with customers and answering general customer inquiries
- Assessing clients financial needs and preparation of Statements of Advice
- Identifying new business opportunities where customer needs have changed and refer to the Financial Planner.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
- Prefer PS146 compliant and / or commenced DFP studies
- Experience in a customer relations role
- Exposure to the financial planning environment an advantage
- Previous experience in paraplanning would be highly regarded.
