Our client is a community banking group with operations nationally throughout Australia. They are currently seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to work at their branch in Madeley. This is a superb opportunity to launch your career within a leading banking organisation.
You will lead the branch team to focus on customer needs and deliver relevant products and services by providing coaching on referrals and basic sales techniques, therefore ensuring that clear targets are set and monitored.
You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, have excellent time management and problem solving skills together with high attention to detail.
Essential knowledge and skills required are FSRA Accreditation T2 - Deposit taking and non cash payment facilities and general insurance.
