Our client is seeking an experienced mortgage processing officer to work on a temporary (potentially ongoing) basis to assist with current high work volumes of mortgage applications.
Working within a team environment, you will be expected to provide quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while sticking to standard timeframes for tasks set.
More specifically, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience completing the following tasks:
Preparation of mortgage and home loan contract documentation;
Data entry ;
Validation and verification of application details;
Verification of completed/executed loan documentation;
Preparation of settlement instructions;
Completion of property settlements;
Processing FHOG applications.
Furthermore, potential candidates will be able to demonstrate and possess the following attributes:
Ability to work in a high volume business to meet agreed time and quality standards;
