The Test manager is responsible for the verification and technical co-ordination of changes to be made to the Finance ICT infrastructure. The position is required to design develop and manage automated test scripts. A high level of applications development experience is required to ensure that manual testing is kept to a minimum.
The Department of Finance and Deregulation requires that applicants be Australian citizens and are prepared to undertake a security clearance. Starting salaries will be within the range specified for the APS level and will depend on experience. Total potential remuneration packages include salary and superannuation. The superannuation component reflects the average cost of Finance\'s contribution for its employees under the PSS, CSS and PSSap superannuation schemes. Relocation assistance may be negotiated for interstate candidates.
