As a leader in the provision of financial service solutions to the Australian market for over a hundred years and in particular products to their business banking clients now have a requirement as the market begins to pick up to secure the services of experienced relationship managers to look after already existing portfolios of business banking customers.
Reporting to the state manager you will be tasked with maintaining and developing a portfolio of business banking customers through a partnership approach and acting as an extension of their business. It is envisaged that the successful applicant will possess the following skills: -
- Superior negotiating skills.
- Advanced credit skills.
- Exceptional relationship management skills.
- Excellent business development skills.
- Strong sales background.
Ideally you will have a minimum of four years experience working within a business banking environment. A degree or tertiary qualification in a finance related discipline would be a distinct advantage. This is very much an autonomous role and would suit a self starter. Salary is commensurable on experience and a competitive package will be negotiated with the successful individual.
